How much are shipping costs for a web order?
- Deliveries inside and outside the Netherlands are free for every order of € 200 or more.
- Orders of less than € 200 within the Netherlands include a contribution of €6.75 ex VAT for the treatment and shipping costs of your package.
- Orders of less than € 200 outside the Netherlands include a contribution of €12,- ex VAT for the treatment and shipping costs of your package.
How long is the delivery time for a web order?
This depends on the availability of the stock. We try to keep an accurate inventory count on our website but from time to time the stock can deviate so we can’t send all items right away. All products have an estimate of the expected delivery time.
Once we have received your payment, we will start working with your order as soon as possible.
For foreign deliveries within the EU, take into account an extra long delivery time.
What are the average delivery times within the Netherlands?
In general, domestic shipments are on the road for 7 to 14 days.
What are the average delivery times in Europe?
Generally, orders sent internationally are 7 – 22 days on the road.
Am I kept informed of the status of my order?
Yes. After you place your order and payment, you will receive an automatic email message confirming your order and payment. When your package is effectively sent, you will receive a message from the carrier containing a tracking code. This allows you to track the status of your suit.
What about returning/returning products?
Open-made products cannot be taken back. It is therefore exceptionally important to test the products immediately after delivery.
Other returns may be considered in case of complaints, provided that original packaging and in breach is offered. The customer must pack the returns in a package and clearly provide all his details as well as to add the mail that approves a return. It is advisable to keep the shipping certificate properly. All costs relating to the return are borne by the customer.
In the case of a reasonable complaint, no shipping fee will be charged in the case of a new shipment. In all other cases, the normal shipping fee is charged.
